New international business for Aperto: The Berlin agency group wins the digital contract for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. The decision was reached following a pitch where Aperto — part of IBM Interactive Experience (IBM iX) since May — distinguished themselves among renowned competitor agencies.
As of June, as their lead agency, Aperto will advise Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in the strategic development of their worldwide digital eco system; delivering all from concept development, design, content and social media, to the international implementation of digital marketing measures.
The whole team around Aperto board member, Daniel Simon as well the project management team including Fabian Link (Managing Director of Consulting), Marko Thorhauer (Managing Director of Creation), Floria Mlodzik (Head of Engineering) and Thomas Günther (Client Director), are looking forward to the new challenge.

Aperto’s expertise spans strategic consulting; management and development of online platforms; the creation of digital campaigns; design and content production; international roll-out and support, as well as management of social media channels and assistance in conducting analyses and measuring performance.
Aperto has been a partner of Volkswagen for many years and is currently working on additional corporate communications projects for the Volkswagen, MAN and Bugatti brands. Aperto’s mandate as Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ lead digital agency commences in June 2016 with an initial contract duration of two years.
