This international event is the annual meeting point for all important decision-makers in the fields of digital economy, marketing and innovation. With her opening keynote, Carla Piñeyro Sublett, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at IBM, sets the tone for the digital event that is now more than ever characterised by change.

Digital expertise is in greater demand than ever before, particularly in light of the past several months. DMEXCO is therefore asking questions about the digital future this year, under the hashtag #SettingNewPriorities. What are the priorities after eighteen challenging months of the pandemic? What role can and will digitisation play in this? How can the future be actively shaped through the use of innovative technologies? The experts from IBM iX provide answers and discuss the experience of the future. One thing is clear: it has never been more important to create holistic digital customer experiences.
In six masterclasses, held in conjunction with partners including Adobe, CoreMedia, Magnolia, Acquia, Salesforce and customers such as Fressnapf, IBM iX will focus on the most pressing questions and the most important trends in digital innovation: How do innovative in-store concepts help to redesign the customer experience? What does the marketing journey look like in the post-cookie age? What role can digital experience platforms play and how can they be used effectively? A lecture on the holistic digital customer experience, two panel discussions on the opportunities of the world of hybrid working and the privacy paradox in the stressful field of data-driven marketing, and a roundtable on the theme of “working at IBM iX” round off the comprehensive programme.
