IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Aperto – a leading digital agency with headquarters in Berlin, Germany – to join IBM Interactive Experience (IBM iX). Financial details were not disclosed.
Together, IBM iX and Aperto will provide companies with engaging experiences through a combination of digital, creative and design skills. New and existing clients will now benefit from an expanded expertise in strategy, analytics, mobile and technology innovation.
Aperto is a highly regarded digital service provider in Germany and Europe. Its more than 300 employees will join IBM iX, already the largest global digital agency, to evolve the experiences clients provide to customers and employees.
