How2Session: Lean Service Creation - Combining Design Thinking & Agile Development
27th February 2017 - 11:00h / Hall 3 @ IBM booth (3.H30)
With the “Lean Service Creation” process at Aperto we can support decision makers who have to develop smart digital services across all industries in a very effective way. As a team we decided to go with a Lean UX style of operation. We work using iterative processes during every phase of the project and are able to achieve concrete results in a maximum of five sprints. The results from user tests help us to continuously improve products. This lean approach makes it possible to invest time and money in worthwhile features that end users truly want. According to the new paradigm: Innovate like a start-up, scale like an enterprise.
If you can’t join the Aperto session, but you would like to meet someone from Aperto and/or IBM iX, just send an email.
