Aperto was able to prove itself as a creative technical partner in a pitch for the relaunch of the Basler Insurance’s client platform: baloise.ch. The Berlin- and Zurich-based digital agency is not only responsible for the strategy, concept, user experience and visual design; but also the technical implementation using the Magnolia content management system.
The project extends to combining the three existing platforms — Information, Sales and Self-service — in order to offer banking and insurance clients the best possible information and service. In doing so, Baloise wants to develop a new ecosystem and redesign the entire user journey.
With the new, modular concept, the goal is to meet the user at individual points of contact, and deliver a targeted, informative, user-specific service. The new baloise.ch website will become the go-to digital portal for all client groups (private customers, companies, brokers, asset managers and pension funds) in search of information, advice, selling or management.
The digital agency and IBM subsidiary Aperto, has worked with Baloise since 2015 and has strengthened its client relationship with this project.
