Phase 1: Design – Align, Blueprint and Proof of Concept

The Design offering consists of three steps – Align, Blueprint and Proof of Concept. In the Align phase, we first establish internal consensus on how to approach a design for a valuable customer and employee experiences using Salesforce. We then develop a detailed plan on how to use customer data and Salesforce to your competitive advantage in the Blueprint phase. To allow for an even better understanding of what can be done and achieved with Salesforce, our team can then develop an optional Proof of Concept through the experience of one specific user journey, including a showcase that will provide the significant wow moment.

In phase 2 we actually Create your Salesforce customer success platform through Build, Go and Campaign. The Build offering includes the implementation of complete customer and employee experiences across all Salesforce Clouds and products.
